Kassie was a wonderful support for my wife and I during the entire process leading up to, during, and after the birth of our first child. She was very comfortable (you can tell that she has experience in different settings with different labor/delivery goals) and reassuring throughout labor and delivery. She was wonderful at checking in and being supportive outside of the actual labor experience, which was really important for us, and good at talking through the experience afterwards.
