Kassie was an incredible support through our pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Not only is she extremely professional and a well-spoken communicator, but she is the calm, assuring presence we needed to tackle the uncertainty of pregnancy with confidence.

Her extensive experience with the team and environment at Prentice was invaluable. She knew the ins and outs of the facility as well as several team members. Having this familiarity on our side made a huge impact.

Kassie helped guide us through the tactical (e.g. a birth plan document, what to bring to the hospital and how to give our son his first bath) and the intangible (e.g. our mental preparedness for the big day). We particularly appreciated her postpartum debrief; she helped us remember positive moments of our birth story we might have forgotten.

All in all, we are deeply grateful for our time with Kassie and couldn't recommend her enough.
